Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 11:00 am.

Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.

Yes! Our property is uniquely suited to families, and we love to host them!

Please watch your kids and make sure they won’t be in the house unattended. We will not be responsible for any injury during your stay. 

Please put back the key to the lockbox after checking out. Lost key will get a charge of $50.

Please check for all of your personal belongings before checking out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.

We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set 

We are friendly and just allow dogs only. You will have to inform us about bringing animals, even service animals. For non service animals, it’s $35/dog/stay

– Please don’t let them be on the couch/ bed because future guests might have allergies.

– Do not let your pets be in the house unattended unless you put them in the crate. 

– Please clean up after your pets  inside and outside. 

– Damage caused by your pet will be sent to you for payment 

 – Please don’t take a shower/ bath for your pet at the property as it will create a clog for the drain line, and we will ask for the cost of repair

Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus a 7% processing fee.

We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notices during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We followed a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some insects, please find the spray bottle under the sink

No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be a $1000 cleaning fee applied

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am

Weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.
